ED arrests Arvind Kejriwal (CM) in Delhi On March 21, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was apprehended by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with the purported liquor policy scandal. Meanwhile, his legal representatives have initiated proceedings in the Supreme Court, urgently requesting a review of the Delhi High Court’s decision, which denied him any form of safeguard. Atishi, a prominent member of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and a minister in Delhi, affirmed that they have approached the Supreme Court to nullify Kejriwal’s arrest and have emphasized the need for an immediate hearing.
